Liu Sheng, former Vegetable Research Center of Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences (National Vegetable Engineering Technology Research Center), researcher/professor-level senior engineer, and adjunct professor of Shanghai Ocean University, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology and Shanghai Maritime University. Created a series of "first mile" pressure differential pre-cooling and cold water pre-cooling equipment for fruits and vegetables with different functions, "last mile" electronic refrigerated logistics boxes and cold storage incubators; researched more than 10 kinds of perishable fruits and vegetables in the whole cold chain logistics preservation technology . Obtained 30 national patent authorizations as the first inventor; published 116 papers, of which 6 were retrieved by SCI and 16 were retrieved by EI; 4 industry standards were compiled; 2 monographs were published.
